1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HuntStop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — job seekers, employers, and visitors.

2. Who can use HuntStop

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering.
• You may not create multiple accounts. One business may not have multiple employer accounts without our consent.
• Accounts must not be shared between individuals.

3. Job seeker rules

• Your profile, resume, and applications must be honest and accurate. Misrepresenting your qualifications is a violation of these terms.
• Only apply to jobs you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
• Do not use the platform to collect employer contact details for commercial purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.
• Report any employer that asks you for money in exchange for a job. This is never acceptable.

4. Employer rules

• You must represent a real, legitimate business.
• All job listings must be for genuine employment opportunities.
• Job descriptions must be accurate. Role, salary, location, and requirements must reflect the real position.
• Never ask job seekers for any payment, whether for applications, training, background checks, or anything else. This will result in immediate account termination.
• You may only access resumes of candidates who applied to your listings.
• Candidate information must only be used for hiring and must not be shared outside your organisation.
• Two-factor authentication is required for all employer accounts.
• Company verification submissions must be truthful. False information will result in permanent termination.

5. What is not allowed

• Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Asking job seekers for money for any reason.
• Scraping or automated data extraction from the platform.
• Trying to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Uploading malicious files or harmful content.
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind.
• Promoting pyramid schemes, MLM opportunities, or anything unrelated to real employment.
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

6. Hiring process

HuntStop connects job seekers and employers. We are not involved in the hiring decision, interview process, or employment contract. Any employment relationship formed through the platform is solely between the job seeker and the employer. We are not responsible for the outcome of any application or hiring process.

7. Pricing and payment

HuntStop is free to use during our launch period. Every feature, for both job seekers and employers, is available at no cost, and we do not ask for card details to sign up.

Paid plans will be introduced once the launch period ends. We will publish pricing on the platform and notify registered users by email before any charge applies. You will never be charged without first choosing a paid plan yourself, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Applying to jobs manually stays free permanently. That does not change when paid plans launch.

8. Content you upload

By uploading content (resumes, profile information, job descriptions, logos, etc.), you confirm that you own or have the right to share it. You give HuntStop permission to store and display it to relevant users of the platform. For example, your resume to employers you apply to. We do not claim ownership of your content.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms other users, with or without prior notice. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us at [email protected].

10. No guarantees

HuntStop is provided as-is during our early access period. We do not guarantee that every job listing is accurate or still open, that the platform will be available without interruption, or that using HuntStop will result in a job offer. We are continuously improving and appreciate your patience.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HuntStop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or financial loss from fraudulent employer activity. If you are defrauded by an employer, please report it to us immediately so we can act.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of HuntStop after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
