1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using HuntStop ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including job seekers, employers, and visitors.

2. Who can use HuntStop

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering and using the platform.
  • One person may not create multiple accounts. One business entity may not create multiple employer accounts without our written consent.
  • Accounts must not be shared between individuals.

3. Job seeker responsibilities

  • The information in your profile, resume, and applications must be accurate and honest. Misrepresenting qualifications or experience is a violation of these terms.
  • You may only apply to jobs you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
  • You must not use the platform to harvest employer contact details or for any commercial prospecting purpose.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Enable 2FA for additional protection.
  • You agree to immediately report to us any employer that requests payment from you in exchange for a job.

4. Employer responsibilities

  • Employers must represent a real, legitimate business entity.
  • All job listings must be for genuine, real employment opportunities.
  • Job descriptions must be accurate — role, salary, location, work mode, and requirements must reflect the actual position.
  • Employers must never ask job seekers to pay any fee — for applications, training materials, background checks, or any other reason. This is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Employers may only access candidate resumes for applicants who have submitted an application to their specific listings.
  • Candidate information must only be used for hiring purposes and must not be shared outside your organisation or used for marketing.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all employer accounts.
  • Company profiles submitted for verification must be truthful. Submitting false information for verification will result in permanent account termination.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on HuntStop:

  • Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
  • Requesting money from job seekers for any reason.
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Uploading malicious files, scripts, or content.
  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind toward other users.
  • Using the platform to promote pyramid schemes, MLM opportunities, or any non-employment-related offers.
  • Creating accounts on behalf of another person without their consent.

6. Application and hiring process

HuntStop is a platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers. We do not participate in the hiring decision, interview process, or employment contract. Any employment relationship formed through HuntStop is solely between the job seeker and the employer. We are not responsible for the outcome of any application or hiring process.

7. Content you upload

By uploading content (resumes, profile information, job descriptions, company logos, etc.), you confirm that you own or have the right to share that content, and you grant HuntStop a limited licence to store, display, and make it accessible to relevant users of the platform (for example, your resume to employers you apply to). We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users — with or without prior notice. If your account is suspended and you believe it was in error, contact us at [email protected].

9. Disclaimer of warranties

HuntStop is provided "as is" during our early access period. We make no guarantees that: all job listings are accurate or still open; the platform will be available without interruption; or that using the platform will result in a job offer. We are continuously improving the product and appreciate your patience during this phase.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuntStop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from fraudulent employer activity. If you are defrauded by an employer on this platform, please report it immediately so we can act.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
